Here below is one case to learn more about how Hyper chem assisted customers by providing 15 API samples in Such short time.
On 9th Sep,2015 , Hyper chem sales team received an inquiry from USA ,Mr Adam Joseph ,about small sample of 10g duloxetine Hcl from Alibaba. The sales manager ELLA replied mail immediately, expected to know more about this inquiry. Soon there was a reply from Mr Joseph,said that :
“This 10g duloxetine hcl is for a new project , Antidepressant research, we also need 14 more about APi , which are
Microcrystalline Cellulose(MCC 101/102)
Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC),
At beginning , we only need 10g each. I understand this will be huge work if i myself will complete it.i am looking for a supplier who can collect them all for me within short time.”
After evaluation this business, our sales team did quick response and replied as below:
“The offer list shall be sent to you within today . thankyou ,”
Next day, Mr Joseph received the completed offer, COA as well as estimated delivery time and shipment arriving time. He replied as “
This quote looks excellent—I would like to proceed with the order. Would you please send me the quote through Alibaba, so that I can pay you through their TT system?”
All the order procedure completed and the shipment completed within one week,after receiving the shipment , we received mail from Mr Joseph that :
“Fantastic! We received the shipment yesterday, and it looks like shipment cleared customs at JFK about two hours ago. I'm *very* impressed by how fast the shipping is!
The lab team is out of town the rest of this week, so I may not be able to confirm receipt/verification for a little while, but from what I've seen so far, I have a lot of faith in your company.
Going forward, a few of the larger-ticket products that we're going to need (probably on an on-going basis) I'm not sure if HyperChem trades in the above products directly, but I wanted to give you a heads-up. If this stuff is outside HyperChem's main line of business, I suspect that you know more people in the Chinese chemical industry than I do, and I would be grateful for any introductions. (Naturally, I'll tell my various business contacts about HyperChem...)
Incidentally, our CEO (Dave Light) is going to be in China for some other business pretty soon—I think he arrives sometime tomorrow. I'm not sure of his itinerary, but I believe that he'll be going through Shanghai. Does HyperChem have any representatives in Shanghai? Even if not, it looks like Gongshu, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, is only about a 2.5 hour drive from Shanghai, so a meeting might still be possible. I'll be talking to Dave in a few hours, and I can pin down some details, but it would be great if he could meet with somebody from HyperChem in person. A good step towards cementing a long-term business relationship :-) “
